• Where applicable, 80G / tax receipts are issued subject to valid details and prevailing law.
• Refund requests (if any) are handled case-by-case as per payment gateway rules, bank policies, and organisational discretion for duplicate / failed transactions.
• Donors confirm that funds are given from legitimate sources and in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

6. Events, campaigns & volunteering

• Event details (date, venue, capacity) may change; we will try to notify registered participants where practical.
• Attendance marking, certificates, and volunteer credits depend on verified participation.
• Participants must follow safety, conduct, and venue rules during activities.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
